In this workshop, we’ll dive deep into understanding the multifaceted nature of truth. We’ll explore how truth manifests in our personal lives, in our families, and in the broader world around us. We’ll uncover how we’ve shaped our reality based on what we believe and feel is true–and how these feelings may be limiting us from fully stepping into our authentic power.
Exercises include:
- Throughout this transformative experience, you will engage in powerful exercises designed to bring awareness to the truth of your life, past, and present.
- You will explore moments when you’ve felt disempowered by lies, and recognize how they shaped your emotions and beliefs.
- You’ll also confront times when you’ve told lies, knowingly or unknowingly, and discover the emotional energy tied to them.
- We will guide you to reflect on the painful truths you’ve held back, as well as the liberating truth you’ve avoided.
- Together, we will clear out the emotional blockages and release what no longer serves you.
- You’ll learn how to embrace the truth–both your personal truth and the greater truth of the world.
What will you explore:
- Confronting truth and lies – Reflect on situations where you spoke the truth and were dismissed, or when you told a lie that later caused harm. Explore the emotions tied to these experiences and find the messages they hold for you.
- Embracing your authentic truth – Connect deeply with the truth of who you are. Recognize the moments in your life when speaking your truth empowered you and brought you closer to your authentic self.
- Healing through the truth–Understand how truth can heal wounds from the past, especially within the context of family and relationships. Acknowledge the roles we play in the truths of those around us, and how we can step into greater harmony.
- The universal truth – Rise above the personal and collective beliefs and feelings that limit us and explore the universal truth that connects us all.
