Our upcoming webinar is designed to guide you through a series of reflective exercises to explore these feelings and experiences, fostering a journey into self-compassion and divine love.

Webinar Exercises Include:

Reflecting on Loneliness:

  1. Recall times when you felt alone or abandoned.
  2. Identify the emotions that surfaced and where you felt them in your body.

Experiencing Unkindness:

  1. Reflect on moments when you were treated unkindly.
  2. Observe the emotional and energetic impacts of these experiences.

Understanding Our Actions:

  1. Reflect on instances where you were unkind to others.
  2. Understand the reasons behind your actions and their effects on your energy.

Providing Comfort:

  1. Remember situations where you offered comfort and help to others.
  2. Notice the positive changes in your energy resulting from these actions.

Receiving Divine Help:

  1. Reflect on moments when you received help from a higher power.
  2. Embrace the feelings of love and gratitude.

Together we’ll practice the “magic bag” exercise, where we’ll place these emotions in a bag and embrace it with love. Additionally, we’ll experience God’s infinite love and grace, spreading this divine energy through every cell of our bodies.
