Forgiveness is one of the most powerful processes of emotional healing, yet it is often misunderstood.

Are you ready to experience healing across time - your past, future, and the present moment you are living right now?

Many people think that forgiving means forgetting, excusing harmful behavior, or pretending that the pain never happened. In reality, forgiveness is something much deeper and more powerful. It is a process of releasing the emotional burden that keeps us tied to past experiences, resentment, guilt, or anger. When we hold on to these emotions for a long time, they can affect our mental, emotional, and even physical well-being.

Many people carry unresolved pain connected to relationships, childhood experiences, or difficult life events. Sometimes we struggle to forgive others who have hurt us. Other times the hardest person to forgive is ourselves. Feelings such as guilt, shame, regret, and self-criticism can become deeply rooted and prevent us from moving forward in life with peace and confidence. Forgiveness does not mean that what happened was acceptable. Instead, it means choosing to free ourselves from the weight of the past. When we begin the process of forgiveness, we create space for healing, clarity, and emotional freedom. In this workshop, we will explore the deeper meaning of forgiveness and the powerful benefits it can bring to our lives. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own experiences and learn practical approaches that can support the process of letting go.

Some of the topics we will explore include:

  • Forgiving ourselves: Many people carry guilt, regret, or harsh self-judgment for past decisions. Learning how to release self-blame is an essential step toward self-acceptance and inner peace.
  • Forgiving others: Unresolved resentment toward people who have hurt us can keep us emotionally stuck. Understanding the process of forgiveness helps us release these heavy emotions.
  • Forgiving mother and father: Our relationship with our parents often shapes our emotional world more than we realize. Exploring forgiveness toward our mother and father can open the door to deep inner healing.
  • The emotional and psychological benefits of forgiveness: Letting go of resentment can improve emotional balance, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.
  • Practical demonstration: During the workshop, Goran will demonstrate how the process of forgiveness can be approached in practice and how we can begin to forgive both ourselves and others.

This workshop is designed to create a supportive space where participants can reflect, learn, and begin a meaningful process of emotional release. By understanding forgiveness more deeply, we can gradually let go of what no longer serves us and move toward greater inner freedom, peace, and personal growth.

The workshop will be held in English, with Chinese, Croatian, and German translation.
